Purpose
Information is used to review a sourcing request, compare product or supplier requirements, plan the next validation step and maintain an auditable inquiry record.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the site’s managed database. Access to the owner inbox is restricted by the site’s sign-in and access policy during private validation.
Sharing
Information is not sold. Relevant project details may later be shared with a selected supplier or service provider only when required for the requested sourcing or verification work and subject to the final public privacy terms.
Retention and correction
Requests to review, correct or delete submitted information can be sent through the operator contact channels above. The public launch version will add the final retention schedule and applicable jurisdiction-specific rights.
